She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hasselbacher and Zella Bird Hasselbacher; her husband Arthur C. Horn Sr.; and her siblings, Harriette Ledbedeff, Elizabeth McAfee, Audrey Stanfield and Harold H. Hasselbacher.
She is survived by: her sons, Arthur C. Horn Jr. (Betta Horn) of Black Mountain and Carl F. Horn (Carol Horn) of Lisle, Illinois; and her granddaughter Gabrielle Westmorland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church, 785 Paragon Parkway, Clyde, NC 28721.
