He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Haynie and Mae Sutton Haynie; and his sister Shirley Bocker. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Bryant Haynie; his children, Patricia Lunardi (Chris), Ron Haynie, Ken Haynie (Patti) and Brad Haynie; his stepson Lonnie Warpup; and his grandsons, Lyndon Haynie (Aly) and Caleb Haynie.
