She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Silas and Myrtle McMahan Green; her husband Julius P. Ross; and her sisters, Gail Green, Norma Dale Green and Virginia "Ginger" Reid.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kay Prowler (Chuck) of Crabtree, Cathy Szendrei (Eric) of Maine, Rebecca McFadden (Doug) of Florida and Sara Jane Galvin (Mark) of Crabtree; her sisters, Mary Jo Sharp and Patricia Caldwell; her grandchildren, Rebecca Pearl Nester (Ricky), Ross Szendrei, Charlie and William McFadden; and her great grandchild Julius Worth Nester.
