She was predeceased by: her husband Myron L. "Barney" Coulter; and her sister Rosemary Bolinger Ramsey. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Coulter of Sylva and Benjamin Coulter (Beth Coulter) of Haywood County; her granddaughters, Mary Elizabeth Coulter of Atlanta and Abigail Kristine Coulter of Raleigh; and her nieces and nephews, Barbara Ellen Ramsey of San Diego, Cheryl Gates, Debbie Bennett of Indiana, Philip Bryan Ramsey of Roseville, Brent Ramsey of San Diego and Paul Bishop of Indiana.
