He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Dee Clark, Sr. and Sarah Leona Rhinehart Clark; his wife Vera Judith Lindsey Clark; and his siblings, Shirley Inman, Audrey and Jimmy Clark.

He is survived by: his son Calvin Dewayne Clark; his grandchildren, Matthew Allen Clark and Anna Marie Clark; his close friend Marlene Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Wendell, Ken, Ed Lindsey, Betty Rathbone, Pat Reece, Karen Mehaffey, Cheryl Lindsey and Cathy Mashburn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
