He is survived by: his children, Norris Norwood of Winston Salem, NC, Jill DeBerry (Tommy) of Rockingham, NC and Doris Norwood of Monroe, NC; his stepchildren, Lane Helms (Darla) of Shalotte, NC and Tracy Helms Plyler (William) of Waxhaw, NC; his siblings, Pansy Mosley of Concord, NC, Clyde Norwood of Waxhaw, Tommy Norwood (Phyllis) of Waxhaw and Larry Norwood (Susan) of Waxhaw; his grandchildren, Ashley Inman, Ted Linden Helms, William "Tray" Bryan Plyler III, Christa Plyler Reynolds, Ritchie Hutton and Tucker DeBerry; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Helms, Savannah Helms, Austin Inman, Brayden Inman, Carah Inman, Trinity Clark, Julian Clark, Austen Plyler, Sawyer Plyler and Wyatt Plyler.
