We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 72, Vincent Prainito of Waxhaw, North Carolina, born in Astoria, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fidele "Phil" Prainito and Catherine Insana Prainito; and his wife Barbara Prainito.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
