As we bid adieu to Sherry's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sherry has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Y. Bagby and Elsie Overby Bagby; and her siblings, Frances Westbrook and Woodson Bagby. She is survived by: her husband Henry Terry Winkles; and her children, Kerry Ann Hladik (Chris) of Charlotte and Jerry Winkles (Lauren) of Marshville. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hightower Funeral Home (318 Gordon St, Bremen, GA 30110). A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (946 Waddell St, Bremen, GA 30110).
