She was predeceased by: her father James Nowell Broomall; her husband Richard Bailey; and her brother Rev. James "Buddy" Broomall. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Harmon Broomall; her children, Cathy Bailey Bruce (Richard) and Bruce Harmon Bailey (Laura); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Bailey and Luke Bailey.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burgess Funeral Home (1800 Charlotte Hwy, Lancaster, SC 29721). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church (211 Marvin Rd, Indian Land, SC 29707). A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the same location.
