He is survived by: his parents, Michael Rienks and Mary Rienks (Sweeney); his spouse Hanna Grady Rienks; his sons, Halen and Nolan; his sister Kelley Shrock Ramaley (Rienks); his brother-in-law Thomas Ramaley; his nephew Andrew Shrock; and his nieces, Amanda Shrock and Sarah Shrock. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers can be directed in Patricks' memory to any of the following organizations: Humane Society of York County, SC; Carolina Water Fowl Rescue of Monroe County, NC; St. Pius X Catholic Church, Granger, IN; St. Matthews Catholic Church, Charlotte, NC; American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association.
