It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pansy Moseley of Waxhaw, North Carolina, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Pansy Moseley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Norwood and Artie Norwood; her siblings, Annie Plyler (Bryan Plyler), Walter Norwood (Carole Norwood) and Clyde Norwood (Ruth Norwood); and her cousin Vernon Norwood (Doloris Learmont).

She is survived by: her cousin Doloris Learmont (Vernon Norwood).

In remembrance of Pansy's compassionate spirit and powerful presence, she has kindly requested that donations be made in her honor to support those in need, particularly at foundations such as Crisis Assistance Ministries for those in financial crisis, the Charlotte Rescue Mission serving those who face homelessness or A Child's Place providing aid to the homeless and children in dire circumstances.

“Pansy Rest in Peace my friend. I will miss our weekly talks. You were a great friend! Condolences to family. Many talks were about grandchildren, siblings, and childhood! I learned about neighborhood history from Pansy. I knew Pansy loved to read. She told me one of the last times we talked, prior to her 90th birthday, that she could not remember what she read. I said GREAT! You no longer have to go to the library for new books, just read that same one over & over. She laughed!”
