He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Pugh Moore. He is survived by: his father David Crumbaugh; his wife Dennisse Skinner Crumbaugh; his children, Todd Crumbaugh (Holly), Cory Crumbaugh (Ashley), Staci Vredeveld (Jeremy) and Amanda Thornton (Justin); his siblings, Richard Crumbaugh, Donnie Crumbaugh, David Crumbaugh and Tina Berry; and his grandchildren, Bradley Crumbaugh, Tyler Crumbaugh, Amber Vredeveld, Makenzie Thornton, Connor Thornton, Caleb Thornton, Gracie Crumbaugh, Paisley Crumbaugh and Alexis Crumbaugh.
