She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Lee Phelps; her children, Rebecca Zupcic (Bob Zupcic), Bob Phelps (Michelle Phelps), Tim Phelps (Amy Phelps) and Hope Fote (Paul Fote); her grandchildren, Laura Baltodano (Leo Baltodano), Tyler Zupcic (Micayla Zupcic), Drake Zupcic, Lee Phelps, Zack Phelps, Olivia Zupcic, Abigail Phelps, Will Phelps, Blake Phelps, Rileigh Phelps, Christian Zupcic, Madisyn Fote and Emily Fote; and her great grandchildren, Lucas Baltodano, Liam Baltodano and Luciana Baltodano.
