She was predeceased by: her father Truby Lee Horne. She is survived by: her parent Eleanor Horne; her husband Doug Byrum; her daughter Christy Caskey (Perry); her grandchildren, Dakota Hearne, Ally Hearne, Lucas Caskey, Cameron Caskey and Colby Caskey; and her brothers, Charles Horne (Trish) and Ronnie Horne (Karlei). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Union County, 700 W. Roosevelt Blvd., Monroe, NC 28110 or to Union United Methodist Church, 6415 New Town Road, Waxhaw, NC 28173.
