She was predeceased by: her parents, Manlis Gordon and Gladys Helms Gordon; and her husband William Walter "Spin" Spittle Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Eric Spittle, Marty Spittle and Pamela Spittle Sterling (Allen); and her siblings, Gary Gordon and Rickie Johnson. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
