Lana Sue Aumer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2025, at the age of 81, Lana Sue Aumer of Waxhaw, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilma Vogt and Leo Vogt. She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, Steven (Darlene), Angela (Jim) and Michael (Shannon); her sister Roberta (Paul); her grandchildren, Mark (Ally), Leanna, Brooke, Ryan, Ethan and Luke; and her great grandchild Isla.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home, Ballantyne Chapel (16151 Lancaster Hwy, Charlotte, NC 28277). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (7095 Waxhaw Hwy, Lancaster, SC 29707).

Throughout her life, Lana exemplified the values of charity, compassion, grace, and kindness, always sharing her faith and service with those she loved.
