It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Moss Carter of Waxhaw, North Carolina, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Moss and Laura Helms Moss; and her husband Earl Junior Carter. She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Carter (Rebecca) and Scott Carter (Terri); her sister Sue Morris; her grandchildren, Michael Carter, Christian Carter, Madalyn Carter, Ashley Steagall (Wes) and Natalie Helms (John); and her great grandchildren, Summer, Weston, Catie and Evie.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Gordon Funeral Service (1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gordon Funeral Chapel (1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112). A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Lakeland Memorial Park (1901 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112).
