She was predeceased by: her significant other Frank Aycock; her parents, Artis Adams and Ona Mae Adams; her sister Ruth Adams Gordon; and her stepsister Elaine Grant Ledford.

She is survived by: her son Frankie Aycock (Michelle); her grandchildren, Ravene Aycock Wilmoth (Aaron), Brandon Plyler (Molly), Kendall Plyler, Kolin Plyler and Triston Plyler; her sister Diane Evans (Eric); and her stepbrothers, James Grant and David Grant. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
