He is survived by: his spouse Kay Townsend; his grandchildren, Matt Townsend and Shelby Townsend; his daughters, Julie E. Townsend of Fleetwood and Cindy Boyd (David Boyd) of Piney Creek; his granddaughter Madison Clarke (Justin Clarke); his great grandchild Owen; and his granddaughter Hannah Boyd of Asheville.
Social distancing will be a must, as well as wearing a mask.
