She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Phillips and Louise Phillips; her husband Frank Fowler; her great grandchild Abigail Salem Wheeler; and her siblings, Henry Lee Phillips and Delline Melton.

She is survived by: her sons, James Fowler (Terri), Danny Fowler (Sandra) and Mark Fowler (Betty); her grandchildren, Christy Fowler, Heather Fowler, Joseph Elmore, Kelly Mills, Stacy Fowler, Danny Fowler, CJ Fowler and Emily Fowler; and her brother Ray Phillips (MarisAnn).
