Janet Ann Ricciardo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Ann Ricciardo of Waxhaw, North Carolina, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jakubowski and Lillian Jakubowski; her husband Vinny Ricciardo; and her siblings, Donna Powers and Joseph Jakubowski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa (Jim) and Theresa; her grandchildren, Brigette, Sarah (Bryan), James and Janet; her great grandchildren, Anthony, William and Jack; and her siblings, Carol Stevenson, Jacqueline Overeem and John Jakubowski. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and other family members.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (3700 Forest Lawn Dr, Matthews, NC 28104). A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (8015 Ballantyne Commons Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28277).
