We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2025, at the age of 20, Holston Creed Isaacs of Waxhaw, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Holston Creed departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Holston Creed. Though Holston Creed may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Isaacs and Tina Isaacs; his siblings, Juliet Isaacs and Harper Isaacs; his grandparents, Carol and Frank Holloman; and his pets, Titus and Caesar.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (3700 Forest Lawn Dr, Matthews, NC 28104). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
