He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Sylvester Benton. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Benton; his son Houston Benton; his mother Robbie Jean Benton; his sister Wanda Benton; his nephew Garrett Lutz; and his stepchildren, Josh Cloninger, Erica Carpenter (Chris) and Jake Young.
