He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mamie Kell Bartlett. He is survived by: his parents, Lester "Frankie" Bartlett and Kathy Sue Osborne Holland (David); his wife Sarah Elizabeth Bartlett; his children, Katie Bartlett, Dylan Bartlett (Vanessa Sala), Kane Bartlett, Kendra Bartlett, Melchor "Mel" Bartlett, Jayme Short, Cecely Sheppard, Samantha Bryant and Alycia Cruz; and his brothers, John David and Hunter Holland.
