She was predeceased by: her father Max Jennings Thornburg; and her sister Kristen Thornburg. She is survived by: her mother Brenda Warlick Thornburg; her husband Mike Mulligan; her daughter Rebecca Mulligan; her aunts, Linda Moorehead and Judy Loveless (Dave); her brother-in-law Keith Hardee (Sharon); her friends, Joe, Kelli Eason, Susan White, Phillip Eason, Kristin and Neil Forrest; and also, Jade Prieger (Daniel) and Layna Eason.
