He is survived by: his wife Kristen Ashley Larkin (Acquavita); his children, Dylan and Kennedy; his parents, Janice Caroline Larkin (Smith) and Bruce Allan Larkin; his sister Jenny Rebecca Wilson (Larkin); his brother-in-law Ryan David Wilson; his parents-in-law, Teri and Fred Acquavita; and his siblings-in-law, Erica Michelle Buckalew (Acquavita), David Buckalew, Brooke Nicole Harman (Acquavita), Sean Harman, Ryan Christopher Acquavita and Audrey Acquavita. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family. The monies donated will be placed into accounts to be used for educational purposes for Dylan and Kennedy.
