It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Geneva Davis of Waxhaw, North Carolina, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pink Davis and Lessie Cureton Davis; her spouse Ovell Davis; her siblings, Bill Davis, Thom Davis, Nemiah Jordan and Lessie Huey; and her granddaughter Akeiba White.
She is survived by: her children, Wade Davis (Jennifer), Cheryl Lindsay (Lewis), Morven Davis (Claudine), Melinda Garris (Brice) and Melissa Turner (Rodney); her grandchildren, Chasity Reid (Darren), Porsche Smith, Chavonn Smith, Lewis Lindsay, Jr. and Brandon Davis; and her siblings, Morden Davis, Elpositer Hood of Waxhaw and James Davis (Shirley) of Charlotte. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
