He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "W. T." Norwood and Artie Brady Norwood; and his wife Ruth Faulk Norwood. He is survived by: his children, Steve Norwood (Marlena), Dwayne Johnson, Chris Norwood, Patrick Norwood (Shannon) and Pam Gordon (Mitchell); his grandchildren, Stephen Norwood, Adam Gordon, Justin Norwood, Kyle Norwood, Joseph Gordon, Pruette Norwood, William Norwood and Nicole Johnson; his great grandchildren, Tiffany Starnes, Jada Sloan, Hensley Gordon, Hollis Gordon, Clara Gordon, Baylor Gordon, Roland Norwood, Gunnar Roupas and Almina Gatitsky; and his great great grandchild Braylee Starnes.
