Charlotte Mason Steele Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Mason Steele of Waxhaw, North Carolina, who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mason and Virginia Mason. She is survived by: her children, Gary Steele Jr. (Laura Steele) of Charlotte, Jennifer Steele Thoms (Jeff Thoms) of Waxhaw and Brandt Webster Steele (Kara Steele) of Pageland; her grandchildren, Haley, Kaitlyn, Natalie, Luke, Gabriel, Dane, James and Hannah; her great grandchildren, Knox, Brody and Scottie; and her husband Gary.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Service-Pineville Chapel (10500 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests you make a donation to a charity Gary and Charlotte personally supported and treasured over the course of their lives, conducting missions spreading the Gospel of Christ in Costa Rica.
