He is survived by: his significant other Crystal; his children, Charles Mullis IV (Sara), Travis Mullis, Casey Wanker (Nick) and Cheyenne Mullis; his daughter-in-law Nicole Mullis; his grandchildren, Sebastian Ridley, Gage Mullis, Grayson Willis, Charles Mullis IV (Boogie), Jaxson Wanker, Gavin Mullis, Judith Mullis (Juju) and Nora Wanker (Sissy); and his sisters, Julie Griffin, Janie Kauffman (Alex) and Charlene Mullis.
