Anita McGrath Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita McGrath in Waxhaw, North Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, D. Edward Mullins and Jane Mullins (Miller); her husband Joseph J. McGrath; and her siblings, Daniel R. Mullins, Reverend Gerald C. Mullins and Jane P. Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, James C. McGrath of Trumbull and Jane McGrath Sanders; her son-in-law Foster J. Sanders Jr. MD; and her grandchildren, Kelly Sanders Bessette of Charlotte, NC, Christopher Sanders (Megan McCarthy Sanders), Lindsay Sanders Murthy (Hemant), Ponte and Verde. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Due to the current pandemic, services at the church will be private.
