He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Piraneo and Concetta Piraneo; and his siblings, Sal, Frank Piraneo, Josephine Abitabilo and Camille Cuff.
He is survived by: his wife Dulcie Rita Piraneo; his children, Elaine Piraneo and Dean Piraneo; his granddaughters, Sarah, Heather and Holly; and also Alice Piraneo. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
