She is survived by: her husband Gary Chadwick; her children, Joseph Chadwick (Robin) of Willard and Jennifer Chadwick of Burgaw; and her siblings, Mitchell Whitley, Anthony Whitley (Sylvia), William Whitley (Felicia) and Sandra Clark (Tim). She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
