He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Teachey and Minnie Horrell Teachey; and his siblings, Allen Teachey, Pansy Thompson, Thomas Teachey, Raymond Teachey and Nathan Teachey.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Rooks Teachey; his children, Tina Wells (Bryan) of Watha and Bobby Teachey (Donna) of Watha; his grandchildren, Kaelyn Barton and Brittney Brown (Brandon); his great grandchild Karlynn Brown; his siblings, Jerry Teachey (Sharon) of Watha, Rae Wood (Woody) of Wallace, Fay English of Wallace and Margaret Henderson of Pin Hook; and his friend Robert. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
