He is survived by: his close friend Theresa "Terry" Maria Hernandez McDowell; his children, Vicki McDowell of Boerne, TX, Ronald "Ron" McDowell of Seattle, WA and Diane Zachary of Phoenix; his grandchildren, Danielle, Jaclyn, Joshua, Jenna, Jared, Robert, Madelyn, Taryn, Ayshia and Arlo; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Ava Marie and Niyahni. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, extended family and friends.
