He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph McArtan and Mary Alice Gurganious McArtan. He is survived by: his wife Helen Louise Spence McArtan; his children, Ralph Thomas McArtan, Cyndy Smith (Richard), Donna Bradshaw and Jewel Caison (Robert); his grandchildren, Alayne Webber, Dylan Smith, Kaelyn Barton, Zachary Chadwick and Alyssa Caison; and his brothers, Ronnie McArtan, Daniel McArtan and John McArtan (Dale). He is also survived by many extended family; and wonderful friends.
