With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Simpson of Watha, North Carolina, who passed away on October 17, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Rouse and Martha Alma Walker Rouse; and her sister Doris Knapp. She is survived by: her husband William Harold Simpson; her children, Lisa Green (Rick) of Clinton and Tim Simpson of Castle Hayne; her grandchildren, Allison Green and Richard Simpson Green; her sisters, Betty Owens (Ronnie) of Watha and Diane Miller of Fountaintown; and her friend Hazel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
