She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Winfield and Vergie Waller Marks; her husband Robert Lee Brown, Sr. (Bobby); and her sisters, Dorothy Parker Marks and Virginia Marks Binford.
She is survived by: her children, Christian Marks Brown Hope (Lawrence) of Wilmington and Robert "Robby" Lee Brown, Jr. (Angela) of Wilmington; her sisters, Judy Giles (Schuyler) of Virginia and Peggie Rogers of Georgia; her grandchildren, Zelle Brown Wiggins (Stephen), Robert "Brody" Lee Brown, III (Logan) and Leah Belle Brown; her great grandchild Virginia Parker; and her pet Mocha. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
