He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Edward "Bud" Williams, Sr. and Lucy Paul McHarney; and his niece April Torres. He is survived by: his son Bishop Williams (Lea) of Hubert; his sisters, Paula W. Boyd (Bert) of Washington and Beth W. Lowe (Robert) of Pinetown; his grandsons, Bennett of Hubert and Henry Williams of Hubert; his nieces, Sarah L. Grant (Geoffrey) of Greenville, Stephanie L. Griffin (Mark) of Greenville and Stacey White of Washington; and his nephew Lyn Billups (Emily) of Belhaven.
