He is survived by: his children, Debbie E. Sawyer (Jerry) of Washington and Barry Equils (Lou) of Sladesville; his grandchildren, Eddie Collins of High Point, Ashley Crouse (Daniel) of Clayton, Savannah Equils of Greenville and Tanner Equils of Washington; his great grandchildren, Noah Cutrell and Brynn Crouse; and his niece Audrey Lumsden.
