He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinton Stinson Burke and Wilna Mae Foust Burke; and his sister Rita Ann Burke Sherrer. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Juanita Cosimini Burke; his children, William Donald Burke, Jr. (Cindy) of Greenville and Cynthia Lynn Burke Krainack of Greenville; and his sister Sherry Virginia Leonard of Cary.
