Shipman Jr. (Washington, North Carolina), born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on June 15, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Billy" Shipman, Sr. and Wenohah Caris Robinson Shipman; his wife Evelyn Patricia "Pat" Weaver; his grandson William "Creighton" Shipman; and his sister Wenonah "Winky" Cosmas.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Jimmy Harris of Washington; his son Lee Shipman of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Richard Swanson of Illinois; and his grandchildren, Wheaton, Jack, Hollice Shipman, Ragan and Ashley Harris.
