He is survived by: his wife Lois Harris; his son William Harris, Jr. (Kary) of Weddington; his siblings, Earl Harris of Newton and Velma Lokey of Blackjack; and his grandchildren, Emily and Talbot Harris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great niece, and great great nephew.
