He is survived by: his wife Ophelia Elizabeth Hoggard; his son Adam Campbell of Washington; his grandchildren, Eric Campbell of Richmond, VA. and Megan Campbell of Richmond, VA.; his daughter Amy Elizabeth Parsons (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Cal Parsons of Hutchinson, MN., Samuel Parsons of Hutchinson, MN. and Abby Parsons of Hutchinson, MN..
