He was predeceased by: his parents, Leamon H. Woolard and Callie W. Woolard. He is survived by: his wife Donna Buck Woolard; his children, Dr. Lou Rhodes (Charles) of Montana and Captain Ray Waters; his grandchildren, Justin (Layla) of Montana, Luke and Taylor Waters; his sisters, Janice Hellickson and Gail Alligood; his nephew Lew Hellickson; and his nieces, Carla Mitchell (Keith) and Nancy Wallace (David).
