She was predeceased by: her spouse Katsuto Ono of Hawaii; her sisters, Charlotte Marie Tilley and Jo Tilley Hasty; her great-niece Allison Kimberlee Hasty; and her brother-in-law Roscoe T. Cox, Jr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Vivian Ray Tilley Cox (Aiken) and Carolyn S. Tilley (Charlotte); and her nephews, R. Thomas Cox, III, Michael Fredrick Hasty (Tasha), David Hampton Hasty (Kim) and Robert Grier Hasty (Susan). She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews from her immediate family and loving family members who reside in her husband.
