She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Keech and Bertie Lee Moore Keech; her husband William George Cooper; her son Michael Moore; her son-in-law Hal Parker; her stepchildren, Billie Jo and Bobby Cooper; and her siblings, Carlton Keech, Douglas Keech, Ellen Keech, Shirley Asby and Patricia Keech.
She is survived by: her children, Robbie Johnson of Jacksonville, AK, Emily Parker of Washington, Tammie Johnson of Washington and Lisa Bargelt (Leo) of Washington; her stepchildren, Ray Cooper of Greenville and Georgia Scherer (Jeff) of Washington; and her brothers, James Keech of Goldsboro and Marvin Keech of Scotland-Neck. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
