Fulcher (Washington, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on January 5, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Eugene Lanier and Mary Virginia Campbell Lanier; and her brother David Campbell Lanier. She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Manning Strehl of Elk River, MN, Leiza Helena Manning of Washington and Daniel Eugene Fulcher of Washington; her grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Strehl, Sara Catherine Strehl, Kristofer Kirk Strehl and Alexander Sean Strehl; her spouses, Polly and Myrtle; and also Dave Tayloe Fowle.
