It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tillie Braddy (Washington, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on November 29, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Woolard (Dick) and Lucy Hodges Woolard; and her grandson Michael Bryan Cutler. She is survived by: her spouse Swindell Braddy; her daughters, Cecilia Cutler (Michael Wayne) of Chocowinity and Kimberly Braddy of Washington; her grandchildren, Jordy Cutler, Kaitlyn Braddy (James), Taylor Tippett (Josh) and Zachary Boland; her great grandchildren, Addison and Emma Cutler; and her sisters, Caroline Braddy, Connie Latham and Agnes Latham.
