She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Young Weekley, Sr. and Margaret Linkenhoker Weekley; her husband Joseph P. Rowlett, Jr.; her son Dr. Joseph P. Rowlett, III; and her sister Jean Amick.
She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Leigh Skeen (Richard) of Bath, NC; her granddaughters, Tracy Leigh Eastridge and Jennifer Dixon Smith (Matt) of Anderson, SC; her great grandchildren, Camden Smith and Aidan Smith of Anderson, SC; her daughter-in-law Patt Kerr Rowlett of New Bern, NC; her goddaughter Susan Smith Basnight (Tom) of Greenville, NC.; her brother Carl Young Weekly, Jr. of Jamestown, NC.; her extended family, John, Renee Skeen (Bailey), Mike, Carla Skeen (Stahler), Sharon, Jonathan Pridgen (Jackson) and Mary Skeen (Oakley); and her caregivers, Flora Chavez, Carolyn Simmons, Sherry Harris, Clementeen Little and Michelle Harvey.
